I have two of these that have been working great for over two years now. Much cheaper than my Cisco switches.

Yes, I would recommend this product
If you need an affordable switch for a small office, you can't go wrong with this switch. While a little more monitoring in the web interface would be appreciated, I have no real complaints at all with this product.
Pros:Works so well I forget it's there
Gigabit on 48 ports for under $1,000
Effortless setup
Cons:Web management a little light-featured

Yes, I would recommend this product
I just installed it today so I can't comment on its reliability yet.
Pros:It does what it's supposed to do right out of the box. No configuration needed.
