Yes, I would recommend this product

There was no paperwork with the device but the PC owner's manual had all the necessary information for installation. Installation was a snap and the unit worked when I powered up the system and checked it out.

This is a different unit from what had been in my Dell 4700 and it functions with a slight difference, but that does not pose any problems.

Pros:word processing, email correspondence, personal finances
