Yes, I would recommend this product
Dell should include installation instructions in every box or in an e-mail.
Pros:It works well.
It was easy to install (although finding the information on HOW to install was extremely difficult).
Cons:Finding installation information was extremely difficult.

I'm glad that Dell still has parts for older equipment and didn't forget the rest of us who don't have the latest and greatest.
Pros:Very easy to install and super price. Saved me from having to buy my wife a new laptop!

replacement laptop keyboard

Yes, I would recommend this product
The replacement keyboard was less than $10.00 what a bargain! Don't be afraid to try to fix things yourself! I actually used a plastic spatula to disengage the appropriate parts! So easy!
Pros:I replaced the keyboard myself in less than 5 minutes! With the new keyboard I no longer have the issues of getting two side by side letters when only one is pushed.
It also fixed the problems I had with some downloaded games, they are now working again with no problems.
I downloaded the instructions on how to change out the keyboard from dells site and I cannot tell you how truly easy it was!
