Yes, I would recommend this product
I bought this camera primarily to record our new grandson and so far I have been blown away by the clarity and ease of operation. The Smile Shutter option has caught pictures I didn't even know it was taking. The zoom on this camera is unbelievable as well. It really reaches out there and is extremely clear at great distances as well as close up. And the number one feature on this camera is the built in projector. You can record a great shot and immediately show others in a high def projection bigger than any big screen tv out there. Hands down the coolest video camera I have ever owned. I give this item a Five Star rating only because thats as high as it gets. Fantastic product!!
