Yes, I would recommend this product
I love it... Always 4G and amazingly fast. The only negative is that the battery needs to last longer, but you can get a good 4 hours out of it. Very Happy!

Great device, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Yes, I would recommend this product
This hotspot comes with 2 - 30 day passes to access internet. Passes to access internet were received 20 days later, as opposed to 10 days as stated. Without a pass you can visit only T-Mobile web site, so I bought a pass from T-mobile. Called Dell CS to ask about the passes and they sent me to T-Mobile!?!(I was told that Dell doesn't generate T-M0bile passes!) However, got them(from Dell!), like I said, later.
Self activation process didn't pass through (hotspot NOT smart enough to know its own serial number - wrong last digit). Activated by phone, w/ my own pass bought directly from T-Mobile(T-Mobile CS rep was prompt and efficient).
The HotSpot works great(got 4G everywhere, so far!).
Would highly recommend the device!(gave it only 4 stars due to Dell's HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT)

Hotspot internal website. In IE you look at it though a keyhole: 2inch scrolable line. In chrome everything is OK.
I wanted to prohibit hotspot from accessing certain sites (windows update, acrobat update, etc), but there is no such setting.

At home, I have verizon 20mbit/5mbit, so this device is not fast :-), but it is doing its job on a go.
