C6 - nothing but problems

No, I do not recommend this product.
I have two of the in use for over a year - constant problems using Dell XPS420. Will not find files and when it does takes hours to back up. There is no reliable support - you get a generic auto response right away and then 1-2 days later something more applicable. Constantly sending me updates for "known issues" which do nothing. Eventually after shutdowns it starts back working but the time lost is a bummer. I am going to throw these in the trash and buy something where at least there is a menu. Not having any interface at all means you can never fix anything. For, more than a waste of money - waste of time an extra effort with no fix! Don't buy this!

Yes, I would recommend this product
Pros:
I purchased this External Drive to backup my home computer. It's super fast and easy to use! I couldn't be happier with the ease of use and speed for backing up my desktop. I now have peace of mind that in the unfortunate event that my computer would crash I have a copy of EVERYTHING!
Cons:
Really can't think of any cons. This Clickfree 500GB does exactly what it says.

Yes, I would recommend this product
Had been looking for a portable external backup drive as I have so many photos and data on my computer that I would hate to lose and I alway worry about fire or a computer crash. This little backup drive fits easily in my purse and can take it with me for safe keeping.

I bought this for a gift for my daughter to store her pictures on. it is compcat enough to keep on your desktop to tranfer photos as you put on computer, she loves it . good quality .

pluged usb into computer and did a full backup in less than 1 hour .very quite and gets hardly warm.
