Yes, I would recommend this product
at 30MB/s the ultra flash works great with my canon eos 50d whether i'm shooting action in servo mode at 6.3 frames per second or just downloading my pix to my computer --it's never missed/faltered.
since i got it i've taken over 1k shots and they're all great, on and off the card/camera.
the great shots are confirmed easily on my camera's lcd which means the storage is excellent.
i also have an 8Gb SanDisk ultra card (30MB/s) which does a great job also and inspired me to buy the 16Gb for long shoots and use the 8Gb for short shoots (or take both when i'll be gone a while taking pix).
if you don't have one and need one, get the 16Gb ultra and you'll be in great shape.
