Yes, I would recommend this product
Reading the only one review on the Dell pages about this product I was cautious! This is a great headset after reading feedback from other sites. It was complete plug and play, connecting to my softphone and cell phone without any issues - voice quality was superb and would definately recommend downloading the Jabra PC Suite. This software allows for firmware updates for the headset, so it is effectively future proofed for free! This also helped to optimize the audio quality, the other reviewer was clearly experiencing issues and probably hadn't done the download which takes less than 3 minutes start to finish. In terms of connecting to a handset, there are different cables available, so just ask the question which one you require and should purchase - they cover all of the major manufacturers and the cable is not that expensive to buy. Great headset and definitely the coolest headset for the main or home office on the market!

No, I do not recommend this product.
This is a pricey headset, and I really was hoping to have one headset that could handle my land line, cell and soft phone. There are some issues that they do not mention when buying, and you will need additional parts. I found this out when I tried to connect to my desk phone. It does not work with many phones in a true headset environment. You may also need a different jack and a headset lifter.
It worked really good on my blue tooth phone, and pretty good with the smart phone. I think the sound quality was very poor. My clients said it sounded like i was in a cave.
I should have waited to buy this until more people reviewed the product.
