Yes, I would recommend this product
This product is excellent for the following reasons: 1. Sturdy Construction. I am pretty rough with little objects. 2. Features of the Bluetooth are easily accessible and easy to operate. 3. The flexibility of wearing style is a great feature of this headset. I have issues with in ear/over the ear lobe sets, but I use the over the head set and it works just fine.

Yes, I would recommend this product
I ordered the 6430 to leverage our company's Messenger calling capabilities. I have found it to be exceptional and often use it even when in my office instead of my desk phone. An added bonus is that it will also pair with my cell. I only have to use one device. Imagine my pleasant surprise when my cell phone rang during a conference call (on my computer) and I was able to answer the cell phone (putting the other on hold) and return to the call seamlessly.
It has excellent battery life and sound quality. I have had a hard time hearing on some headsets, but this works well for me.
My only complaint is that the mute tone is a little low (for my old ears) when I am driving. I am sometimes not certain that I am on mute or not.
