Yes, I would recommend this product
I have had my ooma core for over a year, and have never had any issue with it..except a short period where the internet feed was cut fomr constuction. I exchanged my phone number, and can not tell I am not on a reglaur phone line. Best part same phone number...no phone bill.

OOMA Has Issues

No, I do not recommend this product.
I installed my OOMA 2 months ago. Installation was quick, and pretty easy. The problem started last week when it stopped working (all other internet connected devices are fine). I restarted it multiple times and reconfigured it with my modem. No luck. I then made the mistake of contacting customer support. After two scheduled return calls that never happened. I spoke with a supervisor. The supervisor said they would issue an RMA, but needed an engineer to call me (this would be the 5th call with OOMA, if that person calls). I have been told that I will get a call "sometime tomorrow". At this point, my home phone has been down for 5 days, and I have no indication from OOMA that they will resolve this. On a more positive note, the call quality is great when it is working.
