Yes, I would recommend this product

These little boxes do exactly what they say on the tin. My 'problem' run of cat5e cable some 130m plus from a main building to a gatehouse now works nearly as fast as if it were only 10m long !. The manual that comes with it though fails to mention that one end should be set for 'central office' mode, and one for 'Customer Premise mode', the manual also fails to explain what the other DIP switches are designed to do in any meaningful way. This doesn't really matter though, they work, that is what is important. They are 'fit and forget' piece of equipment, which I like.
