Yes, I would recommend this product

Opened packaging, hooked up between Philips HDTV and laptop and BANG - perfect picture/sound.
Con:
Opening the packaging. A hassle for a senior.

The product is quality, performs as advertised and am a satisfied customer. NOTE: If you can't hear the audio from the TV, just turn up the TV volume. Seems to require the volume higher than watching regular TV.

Yes, I would recommend this product
Very good piece of equipment, being handicapped now the 12' capability works well for me. The GOLD tips for USB 2.0 makes a very good connection.
It is always important to go through the instructions - then have lots of fun!

No, I do not recommend this product.
I use this cable to connect the home theater or my laptop to my new tv, but the audio won't work. The only time the home theater speakers work is if I'm watching dvd's. Can't figure it out... Pretty frustrating since the product name specifically states Audio Video Cable...
