Yes, I would recommend this product
I was looking for a bag that was not super expensive, sturdy, functional and big enough without being bulky. This was a great purchase. The pictures don't really show the inside of the bag or the carrying options and had hoped it would fit my laptop so here you go.....
*It has a sturdy 1/2 that the laptop sits in raised by cooling pads. It has a velcro strap to keep it in place. It has a double sided zipper for easy use. The front pocket is large enough for my cords + a couple of other things and has a front pocket that could hold some paper or boarding pass.
*It has a handle on the long side and comes with a shoulder strap to carry it horizontally. Not a lot of padding on the shoulder strap but otherwise functional.
*My Inspiron 15R fits in it beautifully.

I have yet to take it on a trip but did do a test fit and function with it this morning and see no potential issues. It is a nicely finished functional bag at a great price.
