Simple and it works!

Yes, I would recommend this product
I've had the KVM for 2 years using it with a XP media center PC and two different dell docking stations(XP and currently Windows 7) and it has worked very well. In fact, I'm using it right now ;-) I use it with a USB keyboard and a wireless mouse.
Pros:
It's very easy to set up. It's relatively small and if you are going to just use the hot key (Scroll Lock) to move between PCs, you don't even need to have it on your desk.
It has performed like a champ for me and I'm glad I bought it. It delivers exactly what it promised for me.
Cons:
None really
Pros:home, business

Yes, I would recommend this product
I originally bought this as I was looking for a KVM that I could use with a Wireless Keyboard Mouse combo and had read on a forum that this device worked with my model (Linksys MX5500) Using it between a Vista & XP machine, it turns out that unfortunately it doesn't work well, with these, but it is a very simple straight-forward KVM, switches reliably, and comes with the cables you need, which isn't always the case.
