Title:
TK-407k KVM switch is not acceptable
PostedOctober 9, 2007
No, I do not recommend this product.
Pros:Straightforward setup
Cons:Video quality was poor; print on screen was smudgy on a 1280x1024 LCD screen. Neither hot-key sequence nor switching software works for Mac OS. Thus the switch and whole pile of cable have to be on on your desktop and within arms reach to switch computers.

Title:
Awkward
PostedJune 17, 2007
No, I do not recommend this product.
Check for other brands that let's you hook up all your computers from the back of the unit and not on all four sides. Also very awkward to handle (thus me making a wooden box to manage this thing.
Pros:Let me see..........I guess it does what it supposed to do but see the cons
Cons:Should have made so all the cables come from the back and the switching button on the front. It's kinda like and "SPIDER" with wires coming from all four sides and the button is in the middle on top. I had to make a box to house the unit and cut holes for all the wires to exit and the switching button exposed to switch from computers 1-4. Better design should have went into this and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to have figured this one out.
