Yes, I would recommend this product
I would have simply purchased one of those multi-adapters, but I could not find one with 5vdc - 2Amp as the output setting, even the configurable ones.
The adapter that I received from DELL has +5vdc 2A output, which is exactly what I needed for the Linksys SPA942 IP Phone.
I have read online that some people have received an adapter (from other distributors, not DELL) with the incorrect output amperage for the Linksys phone.
Apparently the Linksys phone has gone through a number of hardware revisions, reducing the output amperage of the power adapter steadily over time.
Works perfectly, glad it was only $20 since some online stores had it for $30 or more.
