Yes, I would recommend this product
I simply slipped the adapter into the port and it worked perfectly with my mini dv camcorder. Good product.

Yes, I would recommend this product
Pros:This thing worked like a dream the first time. All the drivers installed by themselves. Flawless set up. I had done a lot of research, and every thing pointed to this card. I was not desapointed.

This is exactly what I was needed for downloading video to my laptop.
Pros:Easy to set up. Shipped with a Firewire cable.
