Same broken issue

No, I do not recommend this product.
We too had this since 2009 and we're having the same issue as the same reviewer. This thing gets extremely slow overtime and WAN locks-up and you won't be able to get outside your network requiring a hard reboot. We're currently running without it at the moment and our network is running at the speed it should be. Support with Barracuda is a joke, they transfer you to their sales people and try to sell you a new one for full price and give a small credit for returning the "broken" one.

Trash with issues

No, I do not recommend this product.
I have this device now for 2 + years and its the BIGGEST headache in my network. Constantly locks up (has been replaced once) and slow as dirt. Stay away from this - try something else.
The unit has to be rebooted constantly and when my failover switches to another line, all internet stops working until the 310 is rebooted.
Really liked my Cisco box w/SmartFilter but McAfee bought them out and killed the product
