Too big and wide spaced

PostedFebruary 11, 2013
No, I do not recommend this product.
I was looking for a keyboard that would be slim and ergo. correct, with close set keys. When I first got the keyboard it seemed ok, but then I found that the keys seemed to be space further away than a normal keyboard, which made it dificult for me to reach the upper keys, as I have smaller hands. If the keys were smaller and closer set with a low profile setting, this would be a good keyboard. But for me it just did not work so I had to order a new different keyboard.
Pros:comfertable on wrist, lots of extra buttons
Cons:keys are spaced to wide, to big

Great ergonomic keyboard

PostedJune 30, 2010
Yes, I would recommend this product
Having used ergonomic keyboard before I recently bought a new computer and found that my old keyboard which has a Ps2 tried to convert connection would not work on windows 7 after trying many ways I gave up. Tried to get used to the standard keyboard no way bought.
Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 and just love it I like the higher front and soft pads hands fit comfortably on the keys it has many short cut features that you can change to your personal preferences the keys are quiet and has a softer key press feel.
you can change the response times for the way you type in all a great keyboard.
would highly recommend.
Cons: I just miss my large enter key
Pros:web development

Great Keyboard

PostedFebruary 10, 2010
Yes, I would recommend this product
I use this keyboard at work and recently purchased one for at home as well. Great new features such as the "my favorites" and calculator quick access keys. The soft touch keys are pleasant to type on and are quiet as well. Ergonomic keyboards are difficult to get used to at first, however, I would never go back to a standard keyboard. Overall a very good keyboard which is very comfortable!!

Have used many ergonomic keyboards, the majority being Microsoft. This has a much softer key press feel than previous keyboards that took a while to get used to. Still would highly recommend.

Excellent, provided you want an ergo keyboard

PostedJuly 23, 2009
Yes, I would recommend this product
This is my 4th Microsoft ergomonic keyboard in the last 10 years, and my second "4000" model. I poured coffee on the last one - unfortunately, it isn't waterproof.
It is a great ergonomic keyboard, provided you are looking for a ergonomic keyboard. That is, an ergonomic keyboard is not for everyone.
I had a number of elbow problems 10 years, and someone had recommended a Microsoft ergo keyboard. After 2 weeks, my elbow problems disappeared and have never returned.
An ergo keyboard requires some getting used to, so it may not be for you.

Smooth

Yes, I would recommend this product
Pros:This is a great ergonomic keyboard. It's very smoth and sleek looking.
Cons:Loud keys, and doesn't keep up with my typing too fast. Sometimes I hit keys too quickly and nothing types out.
