Title:
Iogear customer service very disappointing
PostedFebruary 10, 2012
No, I do not recommend this product.
I had trouble with this kvm switch 3 weeks after starting to use it. I called iogears tech support and spoke to debbie. Needless to say I was not happy with how I was spoken to, as I felt that she was condescending, and rude. She offered no solutions other than that I needed to buy a different type of kvm switch, when asked what I should do with the one I called about. Fortunately Dell is willing to give me a refund, but I will not be buying anything else made by iogear anytime soon. If she had even said to me that I could return it to iogear, or that there was nothing she could do for me, I would have been willing to accept that. However the tone that was used was unnacceptable for someone to use when speaking to a customer.
Pros:home use

Title:
small USB KVM
PostedDecember 12, 2007
Yes, I would recommend this product
Pros:I'm moving away from PS/2 KVM's to USB KVM's. I bought two of these and they are working great. I'll buy more.
Cons:I wish the USB ports for the keyboard and mouse were in the back, but that's a personal peeve.
