Yes, I would recommend this product
This card didn't fit my Dell XPS 210 desktop. The slot size was OK, but the pins didn't match; even though I bought it from the XPS 210 Accessories page on the Dell site.
I'm convinced there is no Serial card available for my PC, something that should have been indicated on the Dell site when I started shopping for the card.
The USB to Serial cable adapter, with driver CD, is a better idea - worked great.
If you have a Dell XPS PC, you might want to call your orders in!
