Yes, I would recommend this product
Installed the card on a XPS Dimension Generation 4 desk top, easy install, and more than doubled the down load speed from 300kb/s to 700kb/s. I would highly recommend this card.

Yes, I would recommend this product
I purchased this product as a second port to an XPS8300 that was ordered at the same time. Unfortunately, there were no spare slots that this card would fit into so I have no idea what the performance is like. ADVICE: talk to a Dell rep to find out what spare slots are available because that type of information is no where to be found in the specifications online...
