Yes, I would recommend this product
I have tried at least 3 other USB to Serial adapters to no avail. This is the only one that I found that works not only on windows 7 64 bit but also works on everything I have adapted with it. I use it mainly in the General Aviation industry for adapting my laptop to the various aircraft systems that require a serial port type computer. Dell also had the best price on this adapter. I would highly recommend this product if you have already tried other adapters that didn't work. My laptop is an ACER 5100 series with 4g of ram and windows 7 64 bit. Works like a champ!

Yes, I would recommend this product
I had other USB Serial Adapters that would not allow me to run the equipment I had to, but this Adapter was great.

Yes, I would recommend this product
Pros:Easy to use and small enough that it is easily portable. So far has been really reliable.
It has worked with a variety of equipment that I have used it on.
Cons:None so far

Yes, I would recommend this product
Pros:Quality and compact design with a status light during data operations. Excellent user documentation as well as extensive testing, monitoring and "debugging" capabilities.
Cons:Have not encountered any negatives for this product. It performs as advertised.
