Yes, I would recommend this product
Works as desired. My PC did not recognize it without loading the drivers first. All in all a good product that enabled me to connect my GPS to my new laptop (that does not have a serial port).

Yes, I would recommend this product
I was concerned I would have a problem with my software finding the ports but that wasn't the case at all. The cd and drivers set it up just fine. Now I can use my little notebook with all our cisco devices. Even better, we can use the newer laptops and aren't stuck with the old ones just because they have a scsi port.

Yes, I would recommend this product
It's almost impossible to purchase a home PC or laptop with a 9-Pin serial port these days. Though few people need the port, many professionals travel with laptops and need to access a computer system or network device through a serial port. This adapter comes with a driver CD, which my desktop didn't need - it found the driver and it installed instantly. My laptop needed a reboot and the CD to install. Once installed it worked great.
