Yes, I would recommend this product
Dell prides themselves on the service they give to customers and the quality of thier computers, so why not have the incedents you purchase good for as long as you need to use them. I know I would purchase another three incedents if they were good for more than a year.
Pros:Dell On Call is an excellent tool, quick service, techs are well versed on all aspects of Dell computers.
Cons:Three incedents that need to be used in a year in my opinion isn't really fair to us customers. You spend $ 110.00 for three incedents, what if you don't use them in a year, you are just out of luck and have lost money.
