Bait and switch

No, I do not recommend this product.
I paid the money and called to get phone help. The Dell screener said it was a hardware problem and transferred my call. After waiting 20 minutes on the line, I was disconnected. When I called again, the Dell screener said ok it was a software problem and I would have to pay an additional $129 because the $59 I had already spent was just to get the diagnosis that it was a software problem, not to get the problem fixed. I then paid the additional $129 and after 3 hours of reasonable phone support the problem was fixed.
I have a PhD in physics, was an executive at IBM for 25 years, and have 54 years of computer experience. I strongly object to paying $59 for phone support only to be told that I had a software problem and would need to pay an additional $129. This is classic bait and switch.
Between me and my wife, my grown kids, and their businesses, we have about 30 Dell computers currently in use. So, up until now I have been satisfied with them.

Yes, I would recommend this product
Excellent support in installing a clean version of windows 7. Very knowledgeable. Easy installation.
