Yes, I would recommend this product
We have deployed this kit with all our e-series notbooks in the Middle East and consider this one of the best solutions on the market. You need to order the port replicator and monitor additionally and we use (not quite) 19" wide LCD's. There are two drawbacks unlikely to deter most. 1) Our E-series have webcams - you cannot use these while docked. 2) The screens can pivot 180 degrees but there is no sensor to orientate the screen so that isn't benficial sadly - A full A4 potrait option would be good for our WP's.
if you are looking at e-series docking solution, I would recommend adding this to the Port replicator keybaord mouse bundle along with a 19" screen.
