Yes, I would recommend this product
One can buy a dongle (nowadays they are small enough) but why do not use the internal bluetooth card and have additional usb socket free? It looks better ;) In case of laptops/notebooks it however needs a bit of work and it should be done by a professional (if you do not know how to do it you may broke something). Dell however gives you a cd with drivers and an detailed instruction of installation.
I recommend this bluetooth card.

Yes, I would recommend this product
Pros:Low price.
Good range
Easy instalation and use.
Cons:The hinge cover is fragile and can be damaged if extreme force is used. Exercise care when removing the hinge cover.
