Yes, I would recommend this product
The customer install "kit" does not include host to drive cable(s). It has a backup battery and it's cable but that's it. I used the RAID adapter with 4 SATA drives so I had to purchase a Startech SAS SFF8484 Host to 4 SATA cable separately, Dell P/N 61941H, $30. I lowered my satisfaction rating because the Dell rep I spoke to before purchasing the adapter told me the kit had the cables I needed.
