1394 Firewire Card Order Mess

No, I do not recommend this product.
In the last 2 months we have purchase 3 Dell desk top computers and 2 17" Dell Laptops. Over the years we have bought over a dozen Dell computers. We hope Dell's Customer Service will be improved before they loose sales.
Pros:I am sure this would be a great card if you could get it from Dell.
Cons:Along with other items I ordered the Dell Item Number 341-8423 (Dell Part Number WY619). After over a months delay my order came with all items invoiced and billed for, but with the 1394 Firewire card missing. After 5 hours on the phone talking to over 20 Dell Representatives in India over 2 weeks, I received the wrong card twice. They sent the Adaptec AFW-2100 (Dell Part Number 0CR656), which is for the narrow Dell Case twice. Again today I contacted Dell by phone and after the 2nd person in India I was given a return authorization for the 2 incorrect cards and will be mailed shipping lables to return them. This lady also said I would be give a credit card credit for the original card I ordered and never got. My son was the one wanting the card so today he ordered it from Ebay.
