Yes, I would recommend this product
I purchased this docking station to make my life a little easier. I teach school and I was constantly connecting and disconnecting my laptop to all of the wires needed for my Smartboard. Now I just connected the Smartboard to the docking station and I'm able to connect and disconnect my laptop with ease and without worrying out wires that need to be connected or disconnected. I am one happy teacher!

No, I do not recommend this product.
You need to know that the two DVI ports are actually DVI-D and you may need adapters to plug your DVI-I cables (which come with the Dell monitors) into them which apparently Dell doesn't sell. The DVI-I cables have extra pins in them that are not accepted by the DVI-D ports in the port replicator. If you're just using the port replicator to plug in one VGA monitor, then it's a 5-star product.
