Great Idea, just doesn't seem to be in sync with the tablet

PostedDecember 28, 2013
No, I do not recommend this product.
The pen idea is a great concept, especially with the mouse click features; however, it almost has too many settings. I went to a regular store bought stylus and it did everything I wanted. I really hope that the system can be simplified to reach its potential
Pros:great idea
Cons:still not perfected

I've yet to figure out how to use this stylus.

PostedFebruary 19, 2013
No, I do not recommend this product.
The manual says the clicker button on the side of the pen is default to right click, but it doesn't do anything. The little circle displays on the screen, you click the button & nothing happens. You still have to tap the screen to make the selection.
The only advantage I can see is that it doesn't leave fingerprints on the screen.

Check the specs of the tablet before buying this.

PostedSeptember 25, 2013
No, I do not recommend this product.
Most Latitude 10 models don't seem to support this. The name is very deceiving but you should check the specs of the tablet. They do mention on the sale site details that Wacom active stylus is not supported with most models.

Definitely Not for the Latitude 10

No, I do not recommend this product.
The other reviews were not up when I had ordered this - but I can confirm this pen does not at all work with the latitude 10.
Cons:wtf?

Not the right stylus

PostedFebruary 7, 2013
No, I do not recommend this product.
DO NOT BUY THIS STYLUS if you own a Latitude 10. I've been through customer service twice before they could tell me that this stylus is not compatible with the Latitude 10. This stylus is for the older Latitude models.

Stylus for Latitude 10 Tablet

PostedFebruary 5, 2013
No, I do not recommend this product.
I was very disappointed when i received this stylus in the mail. The description for this product on the Dell Website clearly stated it was for 'use with the Latitude 10', which is Dell's new tablet. The stylus came with no directions, put the battery in, the tablet would not recognize it. Dell's customer service is absolutely terrible. Their technical support has no knowledge of the stylus, let alone was not even able to find it on the website, i mean, you have to be kidding me. I was on the phone for an hour when i finally stated i wanted my money back. I am still waiting for the shipping label to be emailed.
In conclusion, Dell needs to really research what technology/accessories they are going to advertise and ensure it's a quality product that actually works. Also, technical support really needs to be looked at. This is not my first bad experience with staff that has no knowledge of the products Dell is selling. Makes me want to bring my business somewhere else.
