Yes, I would recommend this product
I ordered this mouse and keyboard combo with the intention to only use when I connect my computer to my external monitor. After using the mouse alone, I knew that it was going to become my primary mouse. The USB micro head that allows both the keyboard and the mouse to work is no larger than competitors' mouse sets. I feel that the price and the convenience is fantastic. The ease of using and putting away the product is commendable. I love using this product, and I would definitely recommend to friends!

No, I do not recommend this product.
Keyboard is nice, but that is about it.
Driver does not work well at all. Mouse is very jerky. Occasionally, it take a second before the characters typed to be displayed. Thought it was the docking station, so the receiver was moved to the laptop, still same problem.
Haven't looked to see if there is a new driver available yet.

Used in everyday computing with multiple shifts and users per PC. Very smooth keys, small footprint, both mouse and keyboard take AA batteries. This is the best keyboard/mouse combo i've seen in years. The only thing I wish it had is a calculator button like some microsoft keyboards. This keyboard mouse combo is our new standard for new machine deployment.

The accounts just love this setup. I found no issues with either the mouse or the keyboard. I'm told the keyboard key press is much like an Apple keyboard. The batteries seem to last long using two AA batteries in each product. The cover comes off the mouse to install those batteries, kind of different. I'm here to order another for another accountant who requested one.
Pros:wireless, smooth key pressing, good size mouse, responsive usb receiver, very good price for this set

This 331-3761 Keyboard & Mouse combo is difficult to rate because the keyboard is excellent, but the mouse is terrible.
I have a Dell Studio XPS 8000 and I'm a very active user, including gaming.
From start I was pleased with the keyboard but sturggled wtith the mouse. The mouse is eradic, "gritty" and sometimes just sits immovable. I've tried troubleshooting steps, but the mouse continues to disappoint.
Pros:keyboard is great.
Cons:mouse is worst i've ever had.

Despite reading a few reviews of poor responsiveness or mouse problems I went ahead and order a few of these combos. Setting it up on my kids PC, I had wacky mouse performance (as other described. I tried different kit same result.)
Looking at DELL troubleshooting, it said to try an alternate USB port (I didn't think it would make a diff). Low and behold, putting on the front USB port the mouse worked perfectly.
So be aware if you have erratic mouse response either try other mouse port or maybe use a USB cable so distance between mouse and receiver is not an issue. Hope this helps some of you out there.

Wireless keyboard and mouse combo has been an excellent purchase. Touch on the keyboard is good and mouse has worked flawlessly with no mouse pad. Keyboard is a bit light as compared to my old keyboard, but does not slide around on desktop. I love the wireless and have no complaints. Used for home computer.

I am a Dell customer, the percentage of issues or concerns I have had in the past 6-7 years being an almost exclusive Dell customer are very small and overwhelmingly out-shined by both product performance and Dell's commitment to correct anything I have had.

No, I do not recommend this product.
I like the keyboard, it is simple and light. The mouse is erratic. Half the time it doesn't work, and when it does, the pointer jumps all over the screen. I can't work on anything, especially if it requires precision like photo editing. I've given up on it. The only thing I like about the mouse is that the top opens up and you can store the wireless USB receiver inside.

Hats off to Dell's Customer Serivce!
I ordered this product and it was not noted it was backordered. I communicated with Dell via chat to find out why my order was shipping after Jan 2013 when the order was placed Oct 2012 and suppose to hp within 5 weeks. Dell called a few times and sent emails keeping me up to date on the status.
Great customer service this go round. I haven't had good customer service experiences in the past with Dell, althought I love their products. Keep up the good work - much improvement has been made with Customer Service. Thank you!!! And they keyboard is awesome as well.

Pros of the product are is the price.
Cons of the product is that the keyboard is to flat and the keys remind me of a laptop keyboard. There is no indicator that you are on Caps lock or Number lock. The mouse has a delay when you first start using it. The mouse also doesn't glid very well accross my desk top. I had other wireless mouse and they never acted like this one does even if you change the settings,batteries etc.
I want to send the combo back and get a refund
because I seen comparable ones for the same price that where a better product.
