No, I do not recommend this product.
We have replaced the Imaging drum once already in this unit and it was covered under the Dell warranty.
Now the replacement that is only 5 months old is gone and Dell won't cover it.
Poor service if you ask me!

Yes, I would recommend this product
This product is very easy to install, takes about 2 minutes if that. My printer was printing very poorly until I replaced this part and immediately the color was rejuvinated and everything was great! If you are experiencing poor print quality and have tried all of the steps to fix, this is usually what needs to be replaced to correct the issue.
