Yes, I would recommend this product
The bag may be carried as a briefcase, as a shoulder bag, and as a backpack. It is well padded to protect the laptop, and it has enough room for chill mat, cords, portable scanner and other accessories. It is very well constructed, and well worth the price.

The Timbuk 2 messenger bag for 17 inch laptops is a pretty good bag. It is great to store your laptop but not so great for books and other things.

Yes, I would recommend this product
I use the Timbuk2 Premium Messenger bag with my Dell M6400 Precision workstation for commuting to work, travel & on customer visits. The bag is well made from quality materials & the reinforced stitching at the seam is first rate. The bag has enough space to carry my laptop in a Timbuk2 laptop sleeve, my portfolio, the giant power supply, a notebook mouse, a 3D motion controller (3D mouse) & 4 other miscellaneous cables. The bag is comfortable to wear thanks to the well padded shoulder strap & the bag does not move or slide off my back.
