Yes, I would recommend this product
SWITCH lids are so much easier to change that I had thought. Gives my laptop personality!
Also, SWITCH lids keep my laptop looking new. I have cats, and I found a scratch in the color on my laptop lid from one of their claws. I just had to change out my lid, and it's as good as new!

Yes, I would recommend this product
This is such a fabulous Switch Lid! I love the design: it's classy and it won't ever get obnoxious or go out of style. The white is a true white, and the black pulls the black color from the rest of laptop, making it look very natural. The lid is a little hard to actually switch, but then I know it won't come off accidentally. :)

No, I do not recommend this product.
I purchased my new Inspiron about a month ago. The design on the lid is nice and a switch lid idea is good, but the execution is lacking. I was lucky in getting it to snap on well at first but unfortunately it didn't stay. It is not easy to get it to snap on evenly all the way around. It has twice slipped off when I picked up the laptop causing me to drop it - luckily no damage. I do not treat the laptop roughly. This happened as I took it out of my bag. It also snapped off as I opened the lid, which is a bit stiff to open. After putting it back on several times, it does not snap in evenly all the way around. The plastic snaps are already starting to wear down. The lid looks great but it just is not a quality accessory. This is my 3rd Dell, and I have never had any type of trouble before however I wouldn't recommend spending money on these lids.

Yes, I would recommend this product
I bought a new laptop along with this cover for her.
Pro: I thought the design was nice, and the picture on the website looked good
Cons: it seems a little less vibrant when actually seeing it in real life, kind of faded.
The wife liked it and that's really all that mattered.

Who ever thought of changeable lids for the Inspiron is a genius. I had a little trouble getting the lid off, but that was soon solved. I snapped the new lid on and was off an running.
My only complaint, the price. I think it is a bit too high priced.
