Retractable microphone is simply amazing... im not using the microphone feature all the time so it very convinient that this thing turns into a regular headphones with no effort ;)

The headset died on me after 1.5 years... the sound was OK, and the mic was OK, no reason to complain.. but you can spend 20 dollars less if you don't need the logo.

No, I do not recommend this product.
Its ability to be dismantled for easy storage is the only cool and useful feature this headset has. The sound and mic quality was somewhat decent when I first tried it immediately after purchase, and its ability to enhance the sound of footsteps was great during gameplay, but after 2-3 months of usage (including frequent dismantling and reassembling), its wiring began to fray internally, causing rapid sound quality deterioation and muted its left earpiece.
I got a replacement set, but after another 2-3 months of more cautious usage (I've completely refrained from dismantling the headset now), the cable frayed out yet again.
Pros:dismantling allows for easy storage, enhances gameplay sound quality
Cons:poor wiring durability, short lifespan

No, I do not recommend this product.
I just received these headphones today and I'm returning them today. Complete waste of money. Sound is poor and way to rich. No bass control and mic is far too soft. I'm now using my turtle beach x12 and they sound 110% better. Even the build quality feels poor and cheap.
Cons:cheap feeling, poor sound quality, microphone is too quiet

No, I do not recommend this product.
They look cool, but they are horrible. First up the brightness of the sound is extremely annoying. There's no bass and the highs are ear splitting loud.
The other issue is the microphone which is way too quiet. I really want to use them for gaming and virtual air traffic control but people hear me far better on a cheap USB headset than these.
It's unfortunate, I was looking forward to using these

This is a pretty good headset for the money. I purchased this for traveling and found they do not fold up so they will not fit into my computer case. Bummer.. I have listened to quite a few headsets and this one is right up there in quality and sound..Good Deal!

For $60 dollars, it isn't that bad. The sound produced is fairly good and they are comfortable to wear. The only problem is that the mic is completely worthless. Other than that, they aren't that bad.

When I first used the headset. It was broken, lots of static and one side was not working. Dell did a very easy exchange and the problem was taken care of. The headset works great now.

I bought it because it can hide the mic. Unfortunately I cannot ware this for very long time because around my ear area this head phone pushes so hard, it hurts so much!

I liked the appearance when i opened it, however mic was next to inoperable... Sent it back for a refund. As a side note, materials are way too substandard to have Alienware badging....

This Headset is all in one. Headset and mic. so cool. With the Alienware Alien on the side to make its own statement. Should have some Alienware lights also that would keep it up with the Alienware trade mark. Just saying

The sound quality is really great very impressed. Got it for gaming, was very satisfied the first time i used the microphone. Now the microphone wont work. I talk, and it cuts out in the middle of the sentence. Its really aggrivating because I ordered these like 2 months ago.

Yes, I would recommend this product
I bought this head set a couple of weeks ago and I really have loved it. Honestly one of the best I have ever had. It is lightweight and mobile, it can split into three part for easy travel and I don't have to worry about break or bending. It is very comfortable and works very well in prolonged use situations. The sound range is beautiful all the way from treble to base it really is awesome.
