I bought this modem to install since we don't have wireless internet where I live. It was easy to install and works great.

Easy to install, works fine, its like it came installed from the factory. No problem and I am sure never will.

Yes, I would recommend this product
I purchased an Inspiron 560MT at Best Buy. This configuration had no modem which (believe it or not) I still use regularly. Shipping was fast and installation in this system was a snap. Windows 7 64 bit found the hardware adn loaded with the first start.
The only negative thing I can think to say is that it cost almost as much to have shipped as the unit cost itself. But if you must have a modem you pay what you must. I recommend this modem if you are in this camp.
Pros:mostly for faxing
