Yes, I would recommend this product
The main reason I bought this cable is because I wanted the spdif coaxial out for sending a digital audio signal from my XPS M1730 to my receiver. It works for that purpose in mce as well as Dell Direct for blu-ray disks. The composite and s-video signals worked also.

No, I do not recommend this product.
The picture of this item is incorrect. Does not have 4 RCA connectors. Has 1 RCA for digital sound, 1 RCA for compisite video and 1 S-Video port.
Pros:This cable does interface between laptop and TV. Digital sound worked perfectly with Denon AVR.
Cons:Does not support component (RGB) video. Can not be used for high definition TV. Uses Compisite or S-Video output. Would be fine when used with non-HD TV.
