Yes, I would recommend this product
I had previously bought a knock-off replacement (thinking I could save money) & even verified w/the manufacturer that it would fit. It didn't! Took 2 weeks to get here too! I ordered one from Dell. It fit & functioned perfectly, was cheaper & it was here in 3 days! What was I thinking?! All printers & computers in our office are Dell. The only one we'll use. Dell always stands behind their product quality!

Yes, I would recommend this product
Yes, you can go online and get what you think is a cheaper drum but why would you want to buy a knock-off from an unknown source when for only a few more dollars you can get one that you know will perform as expected from DELL, a known and reliable company.

Yes, I would recommend this product
We have been using Dell laser printers and copiers for several years now. We have never had a serious problem. The drums last for well over a year on each of our printers. When we need a new one, we receive it within 4-5 days of placing the order.
