Using the 966 High-Capacity Black Ink cartridges allow me to get an exact reproduction of the manuscripts used in my publishing business. The ability to do this saves me time and money. Great product!

I recently used another brand of ink cartridges. They sometimes printed just a few pages and often the pages weren't printed legibly. I could not wait for them to run out so that I could return to Dell cartridges.

This ink gets the job done... thats basically the jist. Not sure of it is my printer (966 all in one) or the ink but I often see banding even after an alignment. For daily needs this ink is fine though, just wish I could purchase from a local merchant and not Dell.com

The 966 High Yield cartridges (black and color ink)produce a high quality finished product. I as well as my children have used our Dell Printer for homework as well as home projects and have NEVER been unhappy with the end result.
