No, I do not recommend this product.
its not like I ran over the thing with my car or something. The product is faulty. This is a huge smear on Dell and what I consider a good lap top. too bad.
Cons:large and unwieldly
1 started a fire and blew up my m board!
1 fizzled in a hotel room and melted the outlet cover!
1 adapter portion cracked rendering the contents open and the cord useless!
This one and has a short which most recently caused me to loose power while giving a presentation to 200 people.
Very expensive to replace when the fault is not yours and there is no way to run the lap top without it.
