The cartrides came from UPS within 24 hours of ordering them. they are easy to unpack, install and I have never had a problem with the ink flow.

Yes, I would recommend this product
I used the A490 All in Onr printer and color ink cartrige to make my wedding invites and programs, the color printed really sharp. When I finished the my invitations, they looked like they were professionally made. I know in the future I will use my Dell printer and ink for invitations and thanks yous!!!!!

The ink cartridges work well for me. I would like to be able to purchase the type I need locally to save time when I suddenly need to print a large job and use a lot of ink. Although when I do order from Dell, the delivery time is quite acceptable.
Also, I have had a Dell printer for quite a few years and it is still functioning very well.

I purchase Dell ink for my Dell printer (A940) about 2 times a year and am an occasional user. I like the simplicity of installing and the instant test page. The ink is rich when text is printed and I'm not using a laser printer. I don't like the fact that it dries out before you're able to use the entire cartridge. In that aspect, I don't feel I get my monies worth and of course, I can only buy Dell ink for my Dell printer. Overall, I can print good color photographs, cd covers, etc.

No, I do not recommend this product.
My color ink that I ordered before the last time (from Dell) only printed red - and rarely did that. I ordered another one and it did work well. But I paid a lot of money for color ink that didn't work.
I think Dell should know about this. I did send the cartridge back with a note in it. Sure hope they got it.

There is no substiture for Dell Ink Cartridges - I've tried them and they only cause problems. Go with the Dell. I often copy images for quilting projects, and don't have any problems with clarity.

I tried cartridges from a cartridge place close to home. I will never try anyplace but Dell again. Since I've come back to Dell my print quality is back to beautiful. No more incidents of my productivity being interrupted due to cartridge failing to work properly. Not even sure why I decided to go anywhere else except store was right around the corner from my home. Never again.

I thought that I had a problem with the printer, but it turned out that I had a worn-out color cartridge. The new cartridge solved the problem. I also appreciate the recycling envelope included with the new cartridge; it makes it very easy to re-cycle the old one.

I had bought my color ink at another store and the quality of the ink was terriable, it did not last long and the color was very pale. I did not realize that there was such a difference until I received my Dell ink.
