No, I do not recommend this product.
Don't expect to use this card if you run Vista, they have not/will not update driver. Vista Home Edition runs great on this computer (4600 Dimension) (512 Megs RAM) but it looks like I will be shopping if I expect to get sound....

No, I do not recommend this product.
I got my product from Dell, but it came with no installation CD.
Dell never had the drivers either. they told me to get it from the original factory's tech support myself. Why wouldn't Dell do this for me?
Of course, the factory never had it either, so Dell told me I could send it back, whic would have been a total wast of time & money for me.
As a last resort, after days of frustration, and countless hours of dead end searching, I finally was able to Google a forum, and was able to get the last driver from what appeared to be the last person on the planet who had it.
Dell has no business sending out products with no instructions, installation CD, or drivers that are needed.
I would suggest that anyone wanting to purchase anything from Dell to make absolutely sure they can at the very least support the initial installation. This was a nightmare, and in the end, their only response was basically, "Send it back, (at your time & expense), and we'll refund your money. A total nightmare. I was without a functioning soundcard the entire time.
