ProsGreat picture, easy setup, 4 HDMI inputs (3 in the back and one on the side).
ConsI happened to get one of a few that clicks a lot after you turn it off and right when you turn it on. The repair guy came by, took off the back panel, and the noise stopped, proving it was due to thermal expansion and contraction. The clicking stops after a minute or so, but I wish it didn't happen. I was told by the repair guy that he's only seen 5 TVs that make that noise, so hopefully you can roll the dice and luck out.
Review:Other than the clicking, it's a great TV and actually larger than I was expecting.

ProsGreat picture right out of the box. Wide viewing angle. Built in digital tuner pulls in Local "over the air" digital channels. Dells Price beat Best Buy by $300.00, with no interest for 12 months, free shipping, it was a no-brainer.
ConsSpeakers aren't that great. TV shows not in HD look kinda crummy. I beleive that with this TV I can now see how bad regular tv is. Now I have to upgrade to an HD service.
Review:My PS3 looks absolutely AMAZING on this TV, playing games or watching Bue Ray. Bought a Sony DVD player at the same time with "up convert" and even DVD's now look amazing ! I was a little concerned about the price, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. My brother just bought a similar sized Samsung and my Sony blows it away.

ProsAmazing TV! I just love the picture. Amenities are great. TV is awesome. Picture is true and colorful. I recommend “Vivid” color. I currently run HD through Insight Cable and also have a PS3 in which I play games and watch Blue ray on. Once you get this TV Watch Wall-E from Pixar. The Movie on this TV will blow your mind!

ProsThis is an awesome TV.The picture quality is awesome and very easy to hook up.Didn't have to make any major adjustments to get it up and running.I don't have HD yet but will this weekend and the picture is just unbelievable.This is my 3rd Sony TV and I will never buy any other brand.I've had good experiences with all of them.

Review:If your going to buy a new Tv I highly recommend a Sony LCD.This particular model is tremendous.I haven't had it a week yet and I know I made the right choice.

ProsEverything so far is a pro. I have had this for almost three months now and wanted to wait for a while before I wrote a review. I agonized for weeks over spending the extra cash on a Sony, but I don't regret it at all. I did a lot of research and reading of consumer reviews, and everyone talked up Sony and Samsung. I have a friend who has a Bravia in 46" I believe, and have watched some things on it and played PS3 as well, and it was awsome. That is what made me lean to Sony instead of Samsung. This screen is great looking, great sounding and was a cinch to set up. The PIP is a great feature as well. I have it set up as a secondary monitor for my PC (setting the correct resolution took me some doing) and can watch non HD cable signal while computing still. I have the cable signal coming in through the HDMI input from the box and another line from the box on an RG6 cable. I can watch HD on full screen and PIP is non-HD. Pretty sweet actually. The only thing is there is a lot of wasted screen space when using the PIP function, so I don't use it that much. HD IS F-ING AWSOME!!! I have seen it before, but I have never owned an HD TV, so I am spending way too much time at home watching TV. Next up is a Blue Ray player. We'll see how that looks. Love the remote. Really feels comfortable in your hand and easy to use. Get this TV, you will be happy you did. The only thing I wish is that I could have afforded to get a larger one. Maybe next year.
ConsIf there is a way to tilt this screen, I haven't found it. I would like to have the ability to tilt it back a little. To solve this I just put something under the stand in the front and it's tilted slightly now, but that would have been a nice feature to have already included with the price of this item.

ProsWhen my daughter saw the picture and said WOW, I knew I made a good choice. And they have a very large 60”, HD Sony. This has plenty of menu options and enough inputs. I find it easy to use. Especially like the auto dimming feature so you don’t get blasted with a too bright picture if the lights very low or off. With my Sony BDP-S350 Blu-Ray, the picture is like a moving photograph taken with a film SLR. I just needed to get a not as tall TV stand. It looked too big on my old one.

Review:I got it on sale so the price was right. I was going to get the 37" XBR but they were the same price. This also has as many features as the XBR.

ProsI've been a long time coming into the HDTV world, waiting for just the right product to make me take the plunge. This TV was well worth the wait. Not only did Dell have it at the right price, they also delivered it in a timely manner and I had it up and running in no time. The picture is great, with the 120Hz technology making a difference. Lots of connections for expansion. I love watching even the dumbest movies on HBO because they look so good in Hi Def on this television. I looked at many other makes and models. This was the one for me. I highly recommend it.
ConsThe only con is that Dell's sale price is no longer applicable. It might come back, though

ProsSony has done it again...standard definition looks amazing while HD looks as if you are looking out of the window. From out of the box and turned on took less than 15 minutes. I highly recomend this TV, it is just breath taking. I will never own anything other than Sony if everything they make is this good.

ProsBeautiful Picture, very clear screen, 120hz is wonderful especially with HD hooked up to it. It becomes life-like. Colors are intense. Hookup was pretty easy. I have researched 40" TV's for approx. one year and I have always trusted Sony. Made an excellent choice with this purchase. All-in-All, "WOW" you are going to love it!!!!!
