ProsThis model is extremely intuitive, very user friendly for nontechies. I was able to figure it out without reading the instructions - a must for us boomers. I love the hands free phone and the directions are always right on.
ConsVoice activation would be nice. It is difficult to type in addresses if you are driving - probably not recommended but a reality. If you want the very best buy the voice activation unit for both GPS and phone. Otherwise I really enjoy my unit. I will buy my girlfriend the voice activation model though.

Review:People need to consider the handsfree phone capability - it is so nice to talk while driving while keeping both hands on the wheel. You just drive and talk and connect to anyone anywhere.

ProsOut of the box a 1st grader can use this thing.... its awesome I purchased it for my mother who gets lost taking a left out of the driveway instead of a right. now she is not afraid to go places.
Conskind of expensive for the family who lives week to week.

ProsAll the newest roads are on this thing. THe recalculation is excellent. Very bright screen, can even read in brightest sun. I'm not a GPS expert, but thus far I'm pretty happy. Works great with my Motorola RAZR phone.
ConsThere is some lag when turning on the GPS on. Garmin website could be more intuitive. FAQs are a bit cumbersome to navigate.

Review:I have the zune, so I don't need it for MP3 or pictures.
