Title: Bad at 2560x1600 Date: March 31, 2008
ProsIt works with DVI-D monitors. I bought it at NewEgg. It shipped fast and in working condition.
ConsI hooked this to my Dell 30" and two systems with a GeForce 8800 GTS and ATI Radeon 1950Pro. I get pixel sparkles, like others who have previously have posted, at max resolution 2560x1600 on both video cards. The pixel sparkles disappear at lower resolutions. Without the KVM, I don't get sparkles.

Review:Don't buy this if you have a Dell 30" monitor.

Title: Prolems seem to have been resolved ! Date: February 15, 2008
ProsI just received this and experienced none of the problems previously reported ! I am using it to switch an Apple Cinema 30" at the full 2560x1600 resolution between a Matrox Parhelia on a Asus-based home-brew and a Dell XPS 410.
ConsThe cable attachment is awkward ... I have it stretched to the limit, it would be better if the cables emerged at 180 degrees opposite sides instead of in parallel. Of course, I could always try an extension cable. Also the shape is somewhat awkward - a rectangular box would have been easier to stack, etc. I might mount it to the monitors transformer with double-stick tape just to keep it from flopping around

Review:The salesman explained that the product was updated since the original negative reviews. I expressed skepticism, but accepted his assurance of a 100% 21 day refund. Glad I did !

Title: Works at 1680x1050 Date: January 29, 2008
ProsI only needed a DVI/USB/Audio KVM to share my new Dell 22" FP monitor at 1680x1050 with an old G4 Mac and my XPS 400, and this does the job. I've had no issues so far.
Consone cable is WAY shorter than the other.

Review:The other reviewers gave it bad marks because it didn't support the highest resolutions, and I can't verify that or deny it, but it works OK at 1680x1050.

Title: Save your money! DO NOT BUY! Date: August 28, 2007
ProsThis unit is easy to set up and has all of the features I need in a KVM. Installation took about 5 minutes.
ConsThis KVM does not work as advertised! It does not support 2560x1600 resolution without digital artifacts sparkling all over the screen. I read the other review posted here (the only other one I could find), but figured this was only one person's experience. Boy was I wrong! I should have listened!

Review:I have a Dell Latitude D820 with a 512MB NVIDIA Quadro NVS 120M Graphics card. This card supports 1900x1200 resolution. When connected to the docking station, It can support single link resolution (via the docking station's dvi port) at 1280x800. I have 2 Dell 3007wfp-hc (30") monitors. My Dell Precision 390 Workstation has an ATI Fire GL V7200, 256MB dual DVI Graphics card. It supports 2 monitors at 2560x1600. The idea was to have my second 30" monitor serve as the 'second monitor' for both my notebook and my workstation (via the Belkin Flip DVI KVM). In theory, this was a great idea. All of the features of the Flip work flawlessly (there is a slight delay with the usb input devices, but it is tolerable). Single link resolution (1280x800) was just fine, when powered by my notebook. When 'flipping' to my workstation (2560x1600), the signal loss is huge. Digital artifact sparkles were rampid. There is a huge demand for this type of technology. Belkin (or someone else) should create a DVI KVM switch that actually works as advertised. This unit is being returned to the manufacturer. In the meantime, I'll be waiting for a better product.

Title: Don't Buy, stay away Date: June 18, 2007
ConsI bought this to go with my Dell 30" monitor running at 2560x1600... Sparkle artifacts all over the place. A sure sign of digital signal dropout. This was using the cable that came with the Dell monitor and the cables built into the KVM (can't change out those cables single they are built as part of the unit). I even changed out the original Dell monitor cable with a higher quality cable, and the digital artifacts are still rampant. This might work better at lower resolutions, but don't get it if you have a nice 30" monitor; it won't work as advertised at the 2560x1600 resolution.
