Title: Another straight forward UPS Date: June 4, 2009
Review:Previous reviewer needs to check technical specs tab before ordering anything over the web. Specs clearly say Input is NEMA 5-20 (i.e. 20 amp 'T' plug). Most data centers and office buildings now build to 20 amp specs due to the load from equipment. Add an extended battery or two and this will hold your load for several hours. I've used APC for 15 years and always found them reliable.

ProsProbably works as well as other APC UPS units.
ConsThe 2200 can't be used with a standard office power outlet. Other Smart-UPS devices I've used have standard plugs, but not this one. I didn't see any warning about this prior to making the purchase so now I'm stuck with something I can't use.
