Review:Stick to the name brands and I don't mean Phillips, I had to return them for the same reason. I would return these but I am tired of the hassle. They went on sale a few days after I received them and although Dell did credit my account for the difference, they told me that (in so many words) they ran specials every day and so it was just a courtesy that they extended to me. Dell does a good overall job of trying to do right by their customers.

ProsThe multimedia speaker system is excellent. It has great sound quality and is very compact. The subwoofer makes everything else fine. There are no cons with this product
