ProsThis MP3 player is exactly what I was hoping for. It's my first MP3 player purchase and it gives me plenty of memory, great audio quality, and fun additional features like a voice memo recorder. It's small and light enough to fit completely comfortably within my shirt or pants pocket. It works simply with Windows Media Player, which you can use to create playlists and add and remove songs.
ConsThe picture quality is not very glamorous and requires the use of an additional--though very easy to use--media converter program. However, since showing off pictures is not at all the reason I purchased this product, this hasn't been a detractor from its value whatsoever. Also, it automatically stores the album art for the songs you import, and these can be viewed simply and clearly enough.
The "GoList" feature--apparently an on-board quick playlist--is a little difficult to use. It seems that songs can only be added to it one at a time, and not by using Windows Media Player. Also, the documentation is not very helpful, serving more as a list of features with the most rudimentary instructions, rather than an explanation of them or a discussion of the various options. Still, given the player's ease of use, I was able to figure out everything I needed after 10 mins of experimentation.

Review:Some reviewers have mentioned that there are five annoying pre-loaded songs that cannot be deleted from the player. After downloading the latest firmware upgrade, I had no problem removing the songs.
